All bookings are done online it's quick, easy, and secure. Just head to our Bookings page and choose your service, date and time. No DMs, no back-and-forth.

We take full payment upfront when you book. This helps us keep things smooth, reduce no-shows, and make sure every appointment is respected.

Life happens, we get it.
You can reschedule or cancel via your confirmation email link. We do ask for 24 hours’ notice and any late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.

For safety reasons, we don't allow pets or young children at XYZ. Our treatments involve chemicals and sharp tools, and we want everyone (including your little ones) to stay safe.
Plus, you'll need to fully relax and focus on your appointment!

Your safety always comes first.
Please let us know about any medical conditions or infections before your appointment. Our team members might need to cancel or postpone your appointment to protect your wellbeing.
Please note: we do not treat clients under the age of 16.

Yes of course!! We live for nail art. You can add intricate designs, chrome, or 3D art when booking.

• BIAB: Builder gel overlay = great for strengthening natural nails.
• Gel-X: Full extensions = ideal for length and shape.

We’re just outside Westfield White City, a 2 minute walk away from Wood Lane station and 5 minutes from White City station.
Look for the industrial arch, you’ll know when you see it!

There’s limited street parking but you can opt for paid parking at Westfield car park.
We recommend public transport where possible.

Drop us an email if you’re booking for 2+ people and we’ll try to seat you together or arrange back-to-back slots.

Let us know as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to fit you in, but if you’re too late we may need to shorten or cancel the service.
