All bookings are done online it's quick, easy, and secure. Just head to our Bookings page and choose your service, date and time.

- Gel = A gel polish overlay adds a touch of strength, gloss and colour to naturally short nails.
- BIAB = Builder gel overlay adds strength and protects your natural nails. Perfect if your nails are weak, prone to breaking or bendy.
- Gel-X = A full coverage soft gel extension that gives length with a lightweight feel.
- Hard Gel = Adds structure length or extra durability. Ideal if you want long lasting strength with a more sculpted finish.
- Acrylic = A classic extension made to create strong durable nails. Best for dramatic length, bold shapes and detailed nail art sets.

Yes of course!! We live for nail art. You can add intricate designs, chrome, or 3D art when booking.
For freestyle and custom sets please send over your inspo, we love a moodboard.

Drop us an email if you’re booking for 2+ people and we’ll try to seat you together or arrange back-to-back slots.

For safety reasons, we don't allow pets or young children at XYZ. Our treatments involve chemicals and sharp tools, and we want everyone (especially your little ones) to stay safe.

Your safety always comes first.
Please let us know about any medical conditions or infections before your appointment. Our team members might need to cancel or postpone your appointment to protect your wellbeing.
Please note: we do not treat clients under the age of 16.

We’re just outside Westfield White City, a 2 minute walk away from Wood Lane station and 5 minutes from White City station.
Look for the industrial arch, you’ll know when you see it!

There’s limited street parking but you can opt for paid parking at Westfield car park.
We recommend public transport where possible.

Life happens, we get it.
You can reschedule or cancel via your confirmation email link. We do kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice.

Nope, we take full payment upfront when you book. This helps us keep things smooth, reduce no-shows, and make sure every appointment is respected.

Let us know as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to fit you in, but if you’re too late we may need to shorten or cancel the service.
We’ll always be kind, just keep us in the loop.
